  • Cleaning contracts for tenanted properties, private homes and offices.
  • Deep clean service for caravans at the beginning and end of each season and can also undertake the cleaning of your caravan throughout the year.
  • Undertake general maintenance for your property, ie decorating, general handy work and diy.
  • Maintenance of your gardens to ensure that all outside areas are kept neat and tidy.  This is particularly important for empty properties.
  • Assist you with the dressing of your holiday home, ie soft furnishings, decorations and bed linen.
  • We have a list of reputable and reliable tradesmen, to work on and care for your property.  All work can be managed and overseen by us which will give you peace of mind that any work undertaken in your property is supervised.

⦁Key holder and On Call Attendance Throughout The Year - Should a problem occur with your property we are on call, 365 days a year ready to help.

⦁Cleaning, Gardening and Laundry Facilities.

⦁Collection and forwarding of mail.

⦁We pride ourselves on providing a top quality cleaning service suitable for all properties, to ensure the property is in top condition ready for you and/or your arriving guests.

⦁Changeover Clean - The changeover clean is a fixed rate, thorough clean of the property completed after the departure of guests. We dust, vacuum, change linen, clean bathrooms, kitchens, clean and check fridges, freezers, ovens, drawers, cupboards, dress the property, replace sundries and arrange welcome packs, always ensuring there is no trace of the previous guests.

⦁After each changeover, we will report any breakages, damage or noteworthy wear and tear.   

⦁We make contact with incoming guests prior to their arrival to advise of key collection arrangements.  They are notified of our contact details should they need any assistance during their stay. 

⦁We would be happy to arrange for the interior and exterior of your property to be painted during the quiet rental periods.

⦁During quiet periods, we would be happy to arrange for your carpets and sofa’s to be cleaned.

⦁Mattresses are regularly turned over to assist wear and tear.
